RULES, Policies & Terms and conditions

WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO ENJOY CAMPING WITH US AND TO STAY SAFE.

For everyone’s enjoyment of our camp-site please adhere to the following. Anyone found to be in breach of the rules or being the cause of any disturbance whatsoever will be asked to leave immediately and refused future admission.

N.B. Groups of 6 or more units may be asked to provide a 'Behaviour bond'. To make a group booking please nominate one co-ordinator.

CAMPSITE RULES

  • Max speed on campsite 5mph. Please also drive slowly along the lane to and from the main road
  • If you return after dark please leave your car opposite the office and walk to your pitch
  • Please pitch your tent a minimum of 6 metres from your neighbour’s unit and at least 3 metres from your fire pit 
  • Please leave all facilities as you would wish to find them
  • Noise to be kept to a minimum between 10pm & 8am: NO music or loud voices after 10pm 
  • No climbing of trees, fences or gates, please do not damage or deface trees
  • Please respect our neighbours by not trespassing or fly tipping on their property, the lane or in the woods
  • Children must be supervised at all times, even in the play area
  • Campers, children and pets are forbidden in the working farm yard
  • Use of fire pits is entirely at your own risk, you hold full responsibility for your fire. Please ensure you know the fire safety procedure and fire points around the site
  • Only wood purchased at reception can be used onsite, collecting of wood from the Forest is NOT allowed
  • The use of Drones is NOT permitted on the campsite
  • Fireworks and Chinese Lanterns are STRICTLY prohibited
  • Mobile generators are only allowed with prior agreement
  • Pets must be kept on lead at all times and please clean up after them
  • No chasing of our chickens please
  • Please leave your pitch tidy and litter free on your departure & please help us by sorting your rubbish correctly at the recycling area

PLEASE READ: ALL PERSONS STAYING ON, OR VISITING THE FARM AND CAMP-SITE USE THE FACILITIES PROVIDED ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK, BEECHES FARM CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY CAUSED WHILST ON ITS PREMISES OTHER THAN ITS STRICT LEGAL LIABILITY.

FIRE POLICY

  • Use of fire pits is entirely at your own risk, you hold full responsibility for your fire.
  • Only wood purchased at Beeches Farm can be used on site.
  • Fires must be made in existing fire pits (Please do NOT move them!)
  • Your fire must not be left unattended at any time.
  • Please ensure your fire is extinguished before going to sleep.
  • Disposable BBQs must not be placed directly on the grass.

By booking to stay with us, you and all the members of your party agree to comply with our campsite rules and policies.

Please respect others in the shared facilities and around the site.

The campsite is in a rural environment and there are many natural trip hazards as well as tent pegs and guy ropes. Please use a torch to prevent injuries.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage, injury or inconvenience caused by plants, trees, wildlife, livestock or weather.

We recommend that you have relevant holiday insurance.

Should your vehicle require towing or assistance getting off the site we cannot be responsible for any damaged caused: you should check that your insurance cover will allow secondary towing.

Your data is stored securely and only used with regards to your booking. Payment details are not stored by us.

Deposits to reserve your pitch are not refundable and only transferable at our discretion in exceptional circumstances - not weather related.

Cancellations are not refundable or transferable within 14 days of arrival, earlier cancellations will be subject to an admin fee.
